Providing Growth Opportunities Through Life-Long Education

The Roberts Center for Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development is devoted to lifelong learning opportunities through scholarship, leadership and professional development for our employees and their families as well as for individuals within the communities we serve. The Roberts Center and its community partners provide programs that emphasize the importance of lifelong learning, scholarship, service leadership, diversity, gender equality, safety and wellness for our employees and their families as well as for adults and children throughout the nation. Through its efforts, the Center continues LEADing forward to impact and enhance of the lives of individuals within the communities served by CR Legal Team and beyond.

Established in 2014, the mission of The Roberts Center for Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development is to develop, promote and support programs that provide lifelong learning opportunities for individuals, businesses and communities.

Leadership Classes

Non-Profit Leadership Class:

Through our partnerships with the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium and the United Way of Central Carolinas, we are proud to have now hosted 3 Non-Profit Emerging Leadership Classes in Greater Guilford County and Mecklenburg County. To date, we have hosted almost 50 leaders from health and human services non-profit organizations to advocacy and sustainability organizations. Scholarship Programs

Open to Applicants from North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia & Alabama

To date, CR Legal Team and The Roberts Center have awarded over $350,000 in scholarships and technology to students across the United States through the CR Legal Team Family Foundation and the Little Red Jumpsuit Foundation for Women. Our goal is to invest in the future by providing encouragement, support and financial assistance to students who demonstrate a commitment to learning as well as a commitment to helping their communities and their fellow human being. We are proud to offer three types of scholarships to students in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
