Attorney Licensing:
Bob Crumley and Christopher Roberts are licensed attorneys in North Carolina only. C. Stevens McLaurin and Mike Eller are licensed South Carolina attorneys. The supervising attorney in South Carolina is C. Stevens McLaurin. The cases will be handled out of the Greenville, South Carolina office and the other offices by appointment only.
All of our attorneys are licensed in either North Carolina or South Carolina. Additionally, attorney Brian Kinsley is licensed to practice in the states of North Carolina, Maryland, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Attorney David Ventura is licensed to prectice in the states of North Carolina, Massachusetts, New York, and Florida. Attorney Kenneth M. Gondek is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Virginia.
Any reference to specializations are for North Carolina attorneys only. South Carolina attorneys do not have a specialist designation.
The contingency fee percentage will be computed before deducting expenses. "No fee guarantee" means if there is no recovery, the client will not be responsible for fees or cost. If a recovery by settlement or trial is made the client will be responsible for the cost advanced in addition to the attorney fees.
