CrumleyRoberts Community Involvement
Protecting You and Your Family
We see firsthand the devastation that accidents and injuries can have on families and we're working to stop accidents before they start. One way we're doing that is through our Crib to College Safety Education Program, where our attorneys and professional staff participate in community safety events throughout the states of North and South Carolina.

Car Seat Safety
Did you know that every 2 out of 3 child car seats are installed improperly? We have certified car seat safety technicians on staff to help teach parents how to properly install their child’s car seat. Give us a call today to schedule your personal appointment, car seat safety seminar or check our calendar of events to find the nearest car seat event in your area.
Bicycle Safety
Does your child know the proper hand signals and the importance of wearing their helmet while riding their bike on roadways? We offer dozens of bicycle safety clinics and give out hundreds of bike helmets each year and we would like the opportunity to talk with you about setting up a session at your church, after-school program or community event. Programs are designed typically for 3rd to 5th graders and can be done outside or inside depending on the weather and time of year.
Teen Driving Safety
Did you know that vehicle accidents are the number one killer of our youth in our country? Most of these accidents are preventable and that is why CrumleyRoberts has partnered with Driver’s Edge, www.driversedge.org, a national non-profit FREE defensive driving program for teens between the ages of 15-21. Participants learn how to steer out of a skid, properly use ABS brakes, learn evasive lane change maneuvers, learn proper basic car maintenance and get to experience what it is like to be visually impaired behind the wheel through the law enforcement module.
Scholarship Programs
DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MARCH 1st, 2010
This year Crumley Roberts will give out twenty scholarships to North and South Carolina high school and community college students. This is our fifth year offering a scholarship program and are excited to expand our South Carolina program this year from three to five high school recipients and also happy to introduce the Next Step scholarship in South Carolina as well.
The Crib to College High School program awards students with a $1000 and a new laptop computer. This is a community involvement based opportunity so we are looking for those high school seniors who are making difference in their local communities. Five individual scholarships will be given out to North Carolina high school seniors and five individual scholarships will be given out to South Carolina high school seniors.

The Crib to College Next Step Scholarship program, which is the only one of its kind in North Carolina, awards Community College students with a $1000 and a new laptop computer. We believe that a four year education is important but not everyone has the opportunity to go to a four year college or university after high school. We want to hear your story! Over the years we have awarded recipients who could not afford college out of high school to having to go back to school to be retrained in another career field.
