Daniel R. Francis is a Railroad Litigation Attorney in the Greensboro office of Crumley Roberts. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri before completing a law degree at Washington University School of Law in Saint Louis.

Dan is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, and Alaska. He has 27 years of Civil Litigation experience and takes pride in truly getting to know his clients. He understands the impact that devastating injuries and loss have on people and their families.

Since 1992, he has represented railroad workers and their families for injuries caused while working at various railroad companies and in other hard-working blue collar industries. Growing up in a railroader family has helped him understand the drastic impact injuries have on workers who lose their ability to earn a living. He handles personal injury cases, asbestos, mesothelioma and other occupational cancer cases, and occupational injury cases.

Dan is married with two children. He enjoys restoring classic muscle cars and old Ford tractors, hiking with the family dog Daisy, and riding his Quarter Horse.
