CRUMLEY ROBERTS EMPLOYEE WELLNESS (C.R.E.W.) PROGRAM

logo-crewThe Crumley Roberts Employee Wellness (C.R.E.W.) Program was established in the spring of 2013 to help our employees improve and balance different aspects of their lives.

Our C.R.E.W. employee initiatives focus on the occupational, physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental well-being of everyone at the firm.

The program is voluntary and is virtually unprecedented in an organization of our size. It’s just one of the reasons why Crumley Roberts was recognized as a finalist in the 2014 Triad’s Healthiest Employers Competition.

C.R.E.W. Employee Benefits & Programs

As a benefit to Crumley Roberts employees, we offer several voluntary C.R.E.W. programs to our employees and their family members.

  • Flu Vaccinations
C.R.E.W. offers flu shot clinics for employees and their family members.
  • Running Program
C.R.E.W. sponsors employees and teams who wish to participate in 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, and MudBug races that benefit organizations in the community.
  • Weight Loss Program
C.R.E.W. pays half the cost of an in-house Weight Watchers® program for employees who want to lose weight and eat healthier. So far, 26 employees have participated and lost a total of more than 390 pounds!
  • Employee Café/Lounge
The employee café and lounge in our Greensboro office offers healthy food alternatives, free apples, and a game area for employees.
  • Lunch and Learn
Each month, C.R.E.W. offers lunch and learn webinars, presentations, and programs on a variety of health-related topics.
  • Smoking Cessation Program
C.R.E.W. offers a subsidized, in-house smoking cessation program to employees and their family members who want to quit smoking.
  • Health Assessment Screenings
Through complimentary health screenings organized by C.R.E.W, employees can better learn to “know their health numbers” and their overall physical condition.
  • American Heart Association: Go Red for Women
During the month of February, C.R.E.W. encourages Crumley Roberts employees to Go Red and stand up against the number one killer of women in America—heart disease. Employees are encouraged to wear read to spread awareness of heart disease, and to educate and empower our employees and their family members to live healthier lives.
  • American Heart Association: National Walking Day Celebration
Crumley Roberts hosts the National Walking Day Celebration of the American Heart Association on April 1, 2015. The event takes place at the Crumley Roberts Headquarters on Freeman Mill Road in Greensboro, North Carolina.

C.R.E.W. continues to expand programs and offerings each year in an effort to stand up for our employees in the same way Crumley Roberts stands up for its clients and the community.
