Crumley Roberts Welcomes Cory Phillips as Community Outreach Manager
Our legal team at Crumley Roberts is pleased to introduce Cory Phillips as our law firm’s Community Outreach Manager! Phillips will play an important role in furthering our various volunteer initiatives and mission to help make our communities better and safer places.
A graduate of Brevard College and East Carolina University, where his studies focused on Design and Communication, Phillips will aid our firm in working with local organizations and community leaders to provide real hands-on involvement and creative partnership opportunities that extend beyond just financial support. This includes the investment of time, personal resources, and the passionate advocacy of a servant’s heart.
Phillips will bring a wealth of experience to our firm as he manages our community outreach projects, including the Crumley Roberts Kids Zone, a program designed to educate young children and adults about safe and healthy habits. Kids Zone events entail educational and interactive sessions on bicycle safety for elementary aged children in communities across the Carolinas.
Prior to joining Crumley Roberts, Phillips served as Director of Development for the Triad American Heart Association’s Heart & Stroke Walk. He has also worked with firm President and CEO Chris Roberts and Vice President of Cultural Development Kim Roberts on the Roll Up Your Sleeves Campaign organized by the American Heart Association. Phillips also operates a furniture shop in the community. He and his wife Shelby have two children.
Crumley Roberts proudly welcomes Cory Phillips to our firm, where his genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others aligns perfectly with the focus of our team’s professional careers and personal lives. As a firm that values standing up for our clients, our community, and each other, we are passionate about our engagement with local residents and organizations throughout the region, and giving back to the communities that continually place their trust in our team during difficult times.
