At Crumley Roberts, you pay us nothing unless we win your case. You do not pay any legal fees and will receive no bills from us unless we negotiate a settlement or win a jury award on your behalf. Crumley Roberts, helping you through life's most difficult moments.

What types of cases do you take on?

Our firm takes on virtually any type of personal injury claim in North Carolina or South Carolina. This includes instances where people are injured through no fault of their own and may include workplace accidents, auto accidents, dangerous or defective products, exposure to hazardous substances, defective medical devices, nursing home abuse, dangerous drugs, maritime injuries, and more.

Who will work on my case?

After a careful review of your case, we will assign you an attorney and a case manager. These experienced professionals will be chosen based on their understanding of your particular type of case, and they will be by your side every single step of the way. At Crumley Roberts, we care about your every need and are here for you.

What is my case worth?

Every case is different, and the value of a claim will vary depending on the impact that the injury or loss has had on every aspect of your life: physically, emotionally, and financially. When life knocks you down, we are here to pick you back up again.

Will my case go to trial?

As North and South Carolina injury attorneys, we typically strive to reach a fair settlement without having to go to trial, as the time and expense associated with a personal injury trial is often better avoided. If the only way to seek a fair result is to go to trial, however, we will do so with the passion that has helped us fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. Any decisions about trial are made by our client with counsel from their attorney.
